Successfully operated turnarounds and major change projects
since 1993, mainly as CEO, MD or VP Business Unit, heading industrial
companies of up to 1200 employees and EUR 200m sales in France, Germany,
Luxembourg and the UK. Most recently, assumed senior responsibilities
in the areas of hospital management, university management, cooperative
associations, hospitality management, public institutions and mostly private companies.
Previously launched and managed Egon Zehnder in Luxembourg, after holding
senior positions with Siemens - Munich and Arbed - Luxembourg, now ArcelorMittal.
Managed change for over 25 years, of which 15 as consultant or on Interim
Management basis. Launched Business Transition Management on interim management
basis in Luxembourg in 2001. In business since 1979.
Active Mentor for Business Mentoring since 2008, Lecturer at the "House
of Training" since 2013, and Management Coach.
Board Member in several companies.

value and customer focused process redesign and quality assurance, and
